New Delhi Not So Chicken Salad

Ingredients
2 cups walnuts1 1/2 tsp cumin1/4 alfalfa sprouts1 tbs coconut Aminos1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped onions1 cup veganaisegarlic powder to tasteblack pepper to tastespike to taste( for those who can use taste)1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro( safe some for garnish if you like)ground tumericcurry powder1 tbs coconut aminos1 cup spring greens
Directions
Soak the walnuts 8-12 hours , overnight is best, combine walnut, aminos, sprouts and cumin in food processer . Pulse to the desired consistency. combine the rest of the ingredients in a bowl except the spring greens. scape the walnut mixture in bowl with the rest of the ingredients and stir and serve on a plate with a bed of spring greens. garnish with the reserved cilantro.
