Ingredients
coconut flour, brown rice protein, eggs, pumpkin, bananas, cocoa powder, water, baking soda, salt, cinamon, nutmeg
Directions
mix all the shit together and put it in the oven, fool. Grease pan with a touch of coconut oil. Very moist bars, do not over cook!
