Kristin's Egg Rolls-(1 per serving)

Ingredients
Ground Pork, 1 poundShrimp, cooked and diced, 6 oz.minced ginger, 2 tsp Mann's Rainbow Salad, 12 oz (or use 2 cups finely chopped cabbage and 1/2 c. shredded carrots)Bean sprouts, 1 cup Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Oyster flavored Sauce (Sun Luck), 2 tbsp Black Bean Garlic Sauce, 1 tbsp Egg Roll WrappersCanola Oil
Directions
Stir-fry meat and ginger in skillet until meat is browned,drain. Add Mann's salad or (cabbage & carrots), bean sprouts, green onions and shrimp. Cook @ 2 minutes. Stir in oyster sauce and black bean garlic sauce. Remove from heat and let drain in collander and cool. Use 3-4 tsp filling in each egg roll wrapper and roll up. Deep fry 3 minutes, or until golden. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Makes 21 egg rolls (servings)

NOTE: calories are calculated based on actual ingredients AND a guess of each egg roll soaking up 1 TBS of oil..maybe less??
