Slow Cooker Italian Chicken and Turkey Sausage

Ingredients
1/2-3/4 turkey smoked sausage (cut into 1 inch pieces)1lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into pieces)1 can Campbell's condensed tomato soup15 oz. tomato sauce1/4 tsp. oregano1.5 green bell peppers, chopped3 small/medium carrots, chopped1/4 tsp. onion powder (can use actual onion, chopped if prefered)2 tsp. Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
In a medium-high heat skillet add EVOO and cut up chicken breast, cook until done on all sides. Add chopped vegetables and cook for about 4 minutes.

Add all other ingredients together in slow cooker while chicken/vegetables are cooking. Add chicken and vegetables to slow cooker when done.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-6 hours.

Can be served with Texas toast (or any other kind of bread) to catch extra sauce.
