2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese softened --regular has less carbs1/3 cups Truvia Baking Blend4 Large eggs3tbsp Truvia Baking Blend2 tsp vanilla 1 cup plain organic Greek yogurt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Then With electric mixer smooth together cream cheese, 1/3 cup Truvia, 4 egss, and 1 tsp vanilla. Bake this for approx. 30 to 35 minutes or until golden and set in the middle. Let this cool for ten minutes before adding topping. Mix topping of Greek yogurt, 3 tbsp Truvia baking blend, and 1 tsp vanilla. Top cheesecake with final mixture and refrigerate for at least four hours before serving
