Easy Low Calorie Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
600 grams red potatoesWater to boil them in15 grams of unslated butter
Directions
Boil red potatoes in their skins. When fully cooked, drain, but save 1 cup of water. Return potatoes to pot. Mash. Add water as needed to your desired consistency is acheived than add butter. Stir and serve.
