Stovetop Velveeta Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
Velveeta Cheese 8 ozDream Fields Penne 2 Cups4 T unsalted Butter
Directions
Bring a large saucepan of water to boil. Add Penne and cook to desired level of firmness. While pasta is boiling, cut a cup of Velveeta into chunks and slice 4 T butter from stick. Drain pasta when done to your liking. Return pan of pasta to stove on lowest setting or simply turn off the burner and set the pan back in the same spot. Add Butter and velveeta and stir gently. When cheese is nearly melted add 1/4 cup of skim milk to smooth the sauce.
