Fruit smoothie with chia seeds

Ingredients
1 C coconut water1 TBSP jello coconut cream pudding mi unprepared1 TBSP chia seeds ground up (use coffee grinder or processor)1 banana1/4 c frozen pineapple1/2 cup frozen mango1/4 cup frozen peaches1 Cup frozen mixed berries (bueberry raspberry strawberry blackberry, cherry etc) which ever you find at he store. 1/2 cup water
Directions
grind chia seeds in coffee grinder. Add all to blender and mix until smooth. Drink up!

Serving Size: makes about 2 16oz glasses
