Keylime Pie

Ingredients
3 Egg Yolks1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk1/2 cup keylime juiceCrust1 pkg (8 crackers) honey low fat graham crackers1/4 cup melted butter1/4 cup sugar
Directions
Put graham crackers in a food processor with sugar. Process until crumbs. Add Butter mix and press in a 8" pie plate. Bake at 350 deg for 8 minutes.

Mix sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks together slowly add in the key lime juice. Pour in cooled crust and bake 10 minutes 350 deg. Refrigerate serve with cool whip if desired

    Yummo. This is hostess worthy. This crust does not need the added sugar. I am going to try using coconut oil in place of butter next time. - 6/14/15
