Curry, potato and chicken deliciousness

Ingredients
2 garlic cloves minced1 large sweet potato1/2 yellow bell pepper 1 Tbsp curry powder1 Tsp chili powder 1 Baked chicken breast from grocery store (1 c chopped)
Directions
Melt olive oil in pan
place minced garlic in pan for about 3 minutes
add potato, bell pepper, curry powder and chili powder
place lid over pan and allow potatoes to cook all the way through, stirring often.

once potatoes are done place already cooked chicken in pan and place lid on top. I used already baked chicken with skin from Fry's...
