Ingredients
Lemon juice....from 1 lemon1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro7 roma tomatoes chopped1 red bell pepper chopped1 green pepper chopped1 yellow or orange pepper chopped2 0r 3 jalepenos chopped1 onion diced2 cloves garlic minced1 tsp saltMay substitute 1 tablespoon garlic salt for garlic cloves and sat.
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours. Stir and serve with tortilla chips, on enchilades, burritos, or any Mexican food dish. Can use as a side dish with a dollop of sour cream and shredded cheese on top.
