Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1 large hard boiled egg2 tsp mustard or to tastedash of saltdash of pepper2 slices reduced calorie wheat bread (about 50 cal per slice)
Directions
Boil your egg for about 15 minutes or until cooked. Peel the egg and dice up with fork. Add cottage cheese, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix it up and spread on bread. Enjoy!
