Directions
4 6-ounce salmon fillets, washed and skin removed¼ cup honey2 tablespoons Dijon mustard1 tablespoon thyme1 tablespoon lemon juicepepper to taste
In a small pot combine all ingredients except the salmon. Whisk to combine and warm through on the stove over medium high heat. Cook the glaze for three to four minutes and remove from heat. While the glaze is cooling, turn on your broiler and place the salmon fillets onto a cookie sheet. Brush the fillets with the glaze and place under the broiler. Cook the fillet roughly four minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fish. When you turn the fish to cook the opposite side, brush with the glaze.
