Banana Apple Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
Wet:1 egg1/2 cup apple sauce1/2 cup yogurt1-2 bananas, mashedtsp vanilla Dry:1 cup whole wheat flour1/3 cup brown sugartsp baking powdertsp baking sodatsp cinnamonpunch salt Addin:1/3 cup chopped walnuts1 apple, diced or shredded2 Tbsp chia seeds, for the top
Directions
-Preheat oven to 350.
-Mix dry and wet ingredients in different bowls then stir one into the other until just combined.
-Stir in walnuts and apples.
-Spray muffin tins and pour batter in.
-Top with chia seeds and bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until toothpick or knife comes out clean.
