Jill's Cajun Chicken Hot Dip

Ingredients
Cook veg in Oil and mix in chicken, add 1.5 tbsp. of Cajun spices (I used Joe's) Add Milk/Cream and half the cheese grated.Pour into deep round baking dish sprinkle remainder cheese on top and decorate with hot banana pepper rings and put in 400 deg oven for 10 min.Serve with chips, crackers or crustinis.
