3 boneless chicken breasts sliced3 cup instant brown rice3 Tbs. butter1 large can cream of mushroom soup1 cup mixed vegatables1 can mushrooms (15 oz.)1 pkg. onion soup mixMontreal seasoning
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare rice with butter and spread in bottom large casserole that has been sprayed wth cooking spray. Spread vegetables on top f rice. Slice chicken and season with Montreal seasoning. In a medium bowl, mix mushroom soup, mushrooms, onion soup mix and thyme. Pour over chicken. Bake for 35 mins. Put crescent rolls over mix like crust. Reduce oven heat to 350. Bake 15 more minutes.
