*Rhubarb, 10 cup, diced (remove)Stevia in the Raw, 3 serving (remove)**Jello, Strawberry, Sugar-Free, 1 cup (remove)
Stir rhubarb and stevia in a large pot, cover and sit over night.
Brind rhubarb and sugar to boil over medium heat. Stir constantly for 12 mins on low heat. Remove from heat, adn stir in dry gelatin mix. Transfer to sterile jars and refrigerate.
