Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
Chicken and Breading:1.5lb boneless skinless chicken breast, dicedSalt and pepper, pinches1c cornstarch2 eggs, beaten1/3c olive oilSauce:3/4c sugar4tbs ketchup1/2c white distilled vinegar1tbs soy sauce1tsp garlic salt
Directions
Coat chicken in cornstarch and soak in eggs
Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken
Arrange in 9x13 baking dish

Combine sauce ingredients and whisk until smooth
Pour over chicken, making sure to coat evenly
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, flip chicken 15 minutes in to ensure even baking
