chicken fajita nachos

Ingredients
2 whole wheat low fat low carb tortillasapprox. 3/4 cup fat free refried beansapprox. 2 oz. 75% cabot sharp cheddar cheeseapprox. 2 oz. chicken breast, thinly sliceddiced cilantro
Directions
cook the thinly sliced or chopped chicken breast with fajita seasoning and a splash of lemon juice. Spread half of the refried beans on each tortillas, then half of the cooked chicken, then half of the shredded cheese. Bake in the oven until crisp; put under the broiler for additional crispness. Sprinkle with cilantro, slice into wedges, and enjoy!
