100 grams Chicken Breast2 tbsp Lemon Juice2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar1/2 Medium sized Tomato1 tsp Salt1 tbsp Black Pepper1 tbsp Onion Powder1 tbsp Garlic Powder1 tbsp Minced Garlic1 tbsp Ground Oregano2 tbsp Water
Divide chicken into sections. Marinate in Lemon Juice, Apple cider Vinegar, and half of Salt, Pepper, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Minced Garlic, and Oregano for 5 minutes (or longer.) Add tomato, water, and the rest of the dry ingredients to food processor and pulse till smooth. Combine everything together in small dish and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
