Ingredients
2 1/2 cups flour5 tsp baking powder2 Tbs sugar1 tsp salt2 egss2 cups milk4 Tbs vegetable oil
Directions
Sift all dry ingredents together. In a separate bowl mix together all wet ingredents. Add the wet to the dry, mix to combine. Bake on hot griddle or non stick pan
