Slow Cooker Beef Ribs

1lb beef ribs (boneless)1 large green bell pepper (sliced)1 medium onion (sliced)12-16oz Kraft BBQ suace (any flavor you like)Package of frozen California mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
Place the beef ribs at the bottom of the slowcooker. Top with all of the vegetables. Pour the barbecue sauce over the beef and vegetables. Turn slowcooker on high for 4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.

The meat was wonderful, had a great flavor & was very tender. We didn't like the vegetables, they were too soft & mushy. You also need to make sure you trim all fat before cooking (which I didn't do) & there was a lot of grease and fat. I'll trim next time, omit veggies except for the onion. - 4/2/09
