Shrimp and Rice

Ingredients
1T brummel & brown2 stalks celery, chopped1/2 c. green pepper, chopped1/4 c. scallions, chopped1 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled & deveined1 can healthy request cr. of chicken soup1/4c. watercayenne pepper to tastebrown rice
Directions
4 servings

Saute celery, green pepper and scallions until tender. Add shrimp and cook 3-5 minutes until warm. Mix soup & water, then add. Add cayenne pepper (optional), and heat through.
