Cashew Cheese

Ingredients
Cashew Cheese2 cups raw cashews (soak them for a couple hours)1 cup Nutritional Yeast4 tbsp Dijon mustard¼ cup Tamari (or I use Braggs)3 cloves garlic ½ cup almond milk2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Directions
Put all the ingredients together in the food processor or blender and blend on high until well mixed. Using a spatula to scrape down the sides as you go along.
