Multi-Grain Gluten-Free Waffles

Ingredients
1/3 c masa harina1/3 c cornstarch1 1/3 c oat flour (about 2 c rolled oats, ground to flour)1/3 c flax seed meal1/2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp salt1 tbls sugar1 cup water 1 tbls cider vinegar.2 eggs + 2 egg whites2 tbls grapeseed oil
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Combine the dry milk and water, then add remaining wet ingredients and whisk to combine. Combine wet and dry ingredients, whisking until smooth. Prepare waffles per the directions of you waffle iron.
