Rumbamel's Cucumber Kimchee

Ingredients
-2 C cucumbers, sliced with skin into thin quarter slices-1/2 large onion sliced thin, about 1/2 C-1 t toasted sesame oil-1 T white distilled vinegarAll other seasonings are generally 'to taste'-1/4 t crushed red pepper-1/2 t granulated garlic powder-1/2 t onion powder-dash salt
Directions
---Mix all ingredients in a med. to small bowl, cover with a tight fitting lid and shake until well mixed. Store in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.

---Makes about 4 servings of 1/2 C each.
