Spicey Chicken & Rice Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1 Chicken breast with no skin 2 Bell Peppers sliced in half and cleaned1 Tablespoon of diced jalapenos6 1/2 Tablespoons of Pace Jalapeno & Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce1 Small onion diced2 Teaspoons minced garlic2 Cups of cooked white riceBoil chicken breast for 10 minutes, or until done. Let cool and dice. Cut bell peppers in half, from top to bottom and clean them. Place peppers on/in lightly sprayed baking pan/sheet. Mix together all other ingredients, including chicken. Stir well, until everything is coated in the sauce. Fill the four peppers. Bake on 350 for 20 minutes, or until pepper is to your tenderness.
Directions
Bake at 350 in a lightly sprayed pan for 20 minutes, or until pepper is done to your liking.
