Easy Steamed Omelet ... NO BUTTER NECESSARY

2 large eggs, whisked2 slices of turkey bacon30 grams old cheddar cheese30 grams of chopped mushrooms2 thin slices onions (chopped)Salt and pepper to taste
* In a large pot, bring water to a boil (fill pot 3/4 full)
* Add all ingredients to a Ziplock bag and squeeze out the air before locking the bag
* put bag (s) in the boiling water x 13 minutes
(The omelet is steamed in the bag - no butter
necessary!!)
* slide omelet out onto plate, and enjoy!
Serving Size: Make up to 4 individual omelettes in one pot
