Chicken with Mushrooms and wine

Ingredients
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts1/4 cup chopped shallots or onion2 cloves minced garlic8 oz. sliced mushrooms3 Tbsp. madiera or marsala wine1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce2 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon1.5 Tbsp. butter
Directions
Saute chicken in 1 Tbsp. butter in non-stick skillet over medium high heat til browned, about 8 minutes, turning once. Remove to plate. Add the remaining butter and mushrooms, onions and garlic and saute about 4 minutes til mushrooms start releasing their liquid. Add half the tarragon, the wine and worcestershire sauce and cook another 2 minutes. Add the chicken back to pan along with any juice and the remaining tarragon. Cook about 2 minutes more. Serve.
