Raisin Bread

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 cup flax seed meal1/3 cup protein powder (or one scoop plant protein)1/4 cup coconut sugar2 Tbsp honey1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/4 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cinnamon3/4 cups milk, eggnog or apple cider2 Tbsp melted butter1 egg1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Sift flour, protein powder, 1/4 cup flax meal, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Combine egg, milk, honey and melted butter. Stir in dry ingredients and raisins. Pour into silicone loaf pan and bake about 45 mins.
