3 T Light Mayonaise 2 T Parmesan Cheese, grated1 T Lemon juice2 tsp Dijon Mustard 1 tsp Horseradish 1/4 cup Bread crumbs 2 tsp melted Butter, unsalted 4 Tilapia filets 5oz each,
Combine mayo, 1 T cheese, lemon juice, mustard and horseradish. Put filets on greased baking sheet and spread mayo mixture evenly on top. Combine bread crumbs, butter and remaining cheese and sprinkle over filets. Bake at 425 for 13 to 15 minutes for until fish flakes. 4 Servings
