Honey Chicken Stir Fry

2 tbsp olive oil1/4 cup honey1/4 cup soy sauce/tamari1 tsp crushed red pepper2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, cut into 1″ cubes2 cloves garlic1 small onion, cut into 2″ pieces1 red bell peppers, cut into 2″ pieces1 cup snow peas
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, honey, tamari and pepper. Add chicken, garlic, onions, peppers and snow peas into the bowl, cover and marinate in the refrigerator at least 2 hours. Mixture can also be frozen in a ziplock bag until ready to thaw and cook.
Toss it all in a pan and cook for 12-15 minutes, until chicken juices run clear.
