2 Ripe bananas, mashed well.5 Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce1 tsp vanilla extract1 T Chia Seeds2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats.5 or 1 tsp Cinnamon to taste4 T (2 serving) PB2 (in powder form).25 Cup chopped almonds4 T Hershey's Special Dark Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350
Mix all ingredients, combining in order
Spoon 20 rounds onto cookie sheets.
Bake for about 15 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool
These are great for breakfast, snacks or dessert - I like them best frozen!
