Greek Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Tuna, Canned in Water, 2 can Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Juice of 1.5 lemonsRed Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped Parsley, 1 cup Kosher salt, .25 tbsp *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 2 tsp
Directions
Mix lemon juice, mustard, olive oil and salt. Add drained tuna and onion. Mix well. Mix in parsley.

Works well on it's own, in a pita or with crackers.
