Directions

Cook Cake mix according to instructions on box. Allow cake to cool. Poke holes in cake using end of spoon or other utensil. Boil 2 cups water for jello. Add jello powder and stir until dissolved. Pour Jello mixture over cake evenly. Refrigerate and allow to cool. Top evenly with Cool Whip Mixture.
