Pork Lo mein

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Spaghetti 260g (uncooked)Pork Tendeloin 1lbGarlic cloves 2 mincedKraft light peanut butter 1, tbspCampells 25% less salt Beef Broth, 0.5 cupFrozen Stir-fry Veggies, 3 cups.Kraft signature Asian Sesame Dressing, 1/4 cup.
Directions
Cook spaghetti in large saucepan.

Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat and garlic; stir-fry 3 min. Add vegetables, broth and peanut butter, srit-fry an additional 3 to 4 min. Or untill meat is cooked through.

Drain Spaghetti; return to pan. Add meat mixture and soy sauce; mix well. Spoon onto serving platter.

Serves 4 -2-1/4 cup servings.
