Ingredients:Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, 1 cup, unthawed (remove)Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed (remove) or blackberriesProtein Technologies International Supro Soy Protein Isolate, 2 oz (remove)*Soy milk, Soy Milk, Natural, 1 serving (remove)Great Value Greek Nonfat Yogurt Strawberry, 1 serving (remove)Flaxseed, 1 tbsp (remove)use the fruits you like most. Also either flavor of protein powder. I used chocolate due to ran out of vanilla

Combine all ingredients into a blended until smooth
