Saffron Gnocchi and Bay Scallops

Ingredients
1 lb Saffron gnocchi2 Tbs olive oil1 Tbs shallots1 Tbs parsley3/4 c white wine1 lb small bay scallops
Directions
Cook gnocchi separately in boiling salted water. Set drained gnocchi aside. In large saute pan saute shallot and parsley. Add scallops and cook until scallops start turning white. Add wine. Remove scallops and continue cooking sauce until reduced half way. Toss the scallops and gnocchi back into the sauce and serve.
