Olive Roll

Ingredients
8 oz olives 1 tbsp lemon juice8 oz cream cheese, softened 2 tbsp minced onion8 oz blue cheese, softened ½ cup fresh parsley4 tbsp butter, softened
Directions
drain olives and press out all moisture. Beat together the cheese and butter. Add olives, lemon juice, and onion to cheese. On a piece of plastic wrap, shape mixture into 1 long roll. Wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight. Before serving roll log in parsley.
