Cedar Plank Lemon Dill Salmon

Ingredients
2 3 oz salmon filetsJuice of 1 lemon1/2 TSP lemon zest1 TBSP Olive Oil1/2 TSP Dried Dill1 Clove of garlic, minced
Directions
Place salmon in a shallow, non-reactive dish. Combine marinade ingredients; pour over salmon. Cover and regrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Grill salmon directly over medium coals, basting with marinade, for about 4 minutes each side or until fish flakes easily
