Energy Bars

Ingredients
2-1/2 cups natural peanut butter2 cups honey2-1/4 cups soy protein powder3 cups uncooked oatmeal1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup raisins1/4 cup wheat bran
Directions
In a double boiler, warm the peanut butter and honey to a smooth consistency. This step can be done in the microwave by heating both ingredients for 70 to 90 seconds.

In a mixing bowl, stir together all remaining dry ingredients. Pour in the peanut butter mixture and stir until completely combined. Spread uniformly into a brownie pan. Slice into small bars (approximately 32), then wrap each in plastic wrap.
