Ingredients
2- 2.5 bag frozen chicken tenderloins 8 oz reduced fat or regular cream cheese - do NOT use fat free 1 can beans - pinto, kidney or black - if using black, rinse well 2 cups corn - frozen or canned 1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
Directions
layer ingredients in crock pot, starting with chicken on the bottom and ending with Ro-tel. Cook on low 6-8 hours . Serve over cilantro rice.
