Shrimp Fajitas

Ingredients
1 lb White Shrimp peeled and deveired 2 small white onions (appr 265 g)2 small Bell pepper (appr 120 g)4 tbsp Olive Oil1 head Iceberg Lettuce (appr 1 lb)2 tsp blackened seasoning (optional)1/2 tsp kosher salt (optional)toppings of choice
Directions
- Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Combine shrimp, seasoning and salt in a small bowl, tossing to coat. Add shrimp to pan.
- Cook 4 min or until done. Remove from pan.
- Add onion and bell pepper to pan. Cook 6 min or until browned and softened.
- Stir in shrimp, tossing to combine.
- Spoon mixture into each leaf.
