1 package artichoke hearts3 tablespoons olive oilJuice of one Lemon
Directions
Put artichoke in food proceeser, blend until smooth.
Add olive oil while blending.
Add juice of one lemon while blending.

Serve with small carrots or cut up vegetables.

    The end product is around 9 ounces... so, the serving size (since it is eight servings...) is a little over one ounce (1.125; 1 ounce and 1/8 of an ounce...)... or 3 tablespoons (actually 3 and 3/8 tbsp)
