Peanut Butter Oat flour Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter (smooth or chunky)1/3 cup pure maple syrup1 egg1 1/4 cup oats (ground into a flour)1/2 tsp baking soda
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Using blender or food processor grind oats into a flour and set aside (very easy only takes a minute). In a medium mixing bowl mix peanut butter, maple syrup and egg until smooth. add baking soda and oat flour. Drop by rounded teaspoon-full onto lightly greased baking sheet. Bake for 5-8 minutes until tops are lightly browned. Enjoy
