2 tbsp. all purpose flour1/8 teaspoon Black pepper1/2 pound cod fillet1/2 cup chicken broth1/2 tsp corn starch1 1/2 teaspoon water1/2 lemon1 1/2 tub margarine2 tbsp. drained capers
Mix four and pepper in a plate. Dredge fish in the flour mixture and coat.
heat canola oil large pan over medium heat. Add fish and cook it at medium high heat about 4 minutes on each side Remove from pan.
Add broth to pan cook down and add corn starch mixed with the water. Mix until smooth. Add lemon juice and butter
Put the fish in the pan and ad capers.
