Ham, Egg, and Cheese "Muffins"

Ingredients
I slice sandwich ham1 egg1 tbsp shredded sharp cheddar cheesesalt and pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin tin with pam. Place ham in the bottom of the tin, pressing it down in until it forms a cup. (It will overhang the sides.) Crack egg in ham, sprinkle cheese, salt and pepper. Place in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Eat while hot!

    Very easy and it feels like a splurge for a mid-week breakfast. I used high sided muffin tins so the egg missed the nest, but they still hold together well. Next time I'll use a standard muffin tin. - 1/19/16
