Rhubarb Sauce

Ingredients
2 cups Cut up rhubarb, about 4 stalks sliced into 1/2 inch piecesWater to barely cover2 tbsp. Minute Tapioca1/3 cup of sugar (to taste)1 tsp Vanilla Extract1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Directions
Wash fresh Rhubarb and slice into 1/2 inch pieces. Put in a small saucepan with enough water to barely cover rhubarb. Cook until it falls apart, stirring frequently (about 5-10 minutes). Add sugar and Minute Tapioca and cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat and add vanilla and cinnamon. Cool and enjoy!
