Summer Bean Burgers

1 can black beans, rinsed1 can red kidney beans, rinsed1 medium sweet onion, chopped1 can (small; 10 oz. or so) yellow sweet corn, rinsed1 bell pepper (red or green), chopped1 1/4 c. bread crumbs2 eggs2 Tbsp. cumin2 Tbsp. chili powder2 tsp. Thai chili sauce1 Tbsp. dried parsley1 dash salt1 dash black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 375*.
2. Line baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
3. In a large bowl, mash beans together with onions, forming a paste.
4. Add in corn and pepper. Lightly mix.
5. Add in all other ingredients. Mix thoroughly.
6. Form burgers. Place in single layer on baking sheet.
7. If only using oven, bake 15-20 minutes before flipping burgers. Bake 15-20 minutes on other side.
8. If grilling, bake 8 minutes on each side. (This ensures that the burgers will not fall apart or stick to the grill.)
9. Grill 5-8 minutes on each side.
