Fudgy Black Bean Flourless Brownies

Ingredients
1 can black beans (14 oz), drained2 large brown eggs1/3 c. cocoa powder1/4 c. dark brown sugar1/3 c. raw cane sugar (I used muscabado)3 T. coconut/canola oil blend1 T. unsweetened almond milk1 T. vanilla extract1 tsp white balsamic vinegar1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 T. instant coffee or espresso powder1/2 tsp sea salt1 c. dark chocolate chips (separated into 1/2 cups)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray an 8X8 or 9x9 pan or line it with parchment paper.

Blend all ingredients except for chocolate chips in blender until thoroughly mixed.

Melt 1/2 c of choc chips in microwave or double-boiler.

Fold in melted chocolate chips to the blended ingredients.

Pour into baking pan. Top with remaining 1/2 c. of chocolate chips.

Bake about 23 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Allow brownies to cool completely (30 minutes)
